Frankenland ist Karpfenland

Aktuelle Zahlen belegen: Etwa 30% der in Deutschland erzeugten Speisekarpfen stammen aus Franken. Und das hat lange Tradition. In unserer Region wurden schon im Mittelalter Karpfen gezüchtet. Hauptsächlich von Mönchen, denn bei diesen war der Karpfen in der Fastenzeit eine gute Alternative.

Auch bei uns können Sie diese traditionelle Spezilität genießen, erzeugt von Partnern aus dem nahen Umfeld. Unsere Karpfen sind echte Franken und kommen aus Forchheim. Dort geniessen sie die besondere Reinheit des Fließgewässers. Um das noch zu Krönen kommen die Tiere lebend zu uns und werden jedes Wochenede (Freitag, Samstag, Sonntag) frisch in unserer Fischküche verarbeitet. Und das schmeckt man auch. Egal ob als Filet oder gebacken. Bei uns werden Sie garantiert fündig.
